What the site is for

The site describes the Safe Academy 360 program, lets academies request enrollment, and lets anyone check whether an academy's certificate is current. Information on the site describes the program as it is designed to operate; it is not legal advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome.

Verify and the directory

The verify page and the directory report academy level certification status as recorded by Safe Academy 360 on the date shown. A result reports that an academy has, or has not, met the program's requirements. It does not report anything about any individual, and it is not a statement that any person or place is safe. Do not rely on it as one.

No guarantees

Safe Academy 360 reduces risk. It does not eliminate it. Screening uses public registry and public records data that is incomplete and name based. Training certificates are reviewed as documents and kept on file; they are not verified with the issuing body. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that any academy, coach, or student is safe.

Acceptable use

Do not use the verify page or the directory to build lists of people, to harass anyone, or for any purpose other than checking an academy's certification. Do not submit false information through the enrollment form. Do not attempt to access data other than what the site presents.

Content and marks

Text and artwork on this site belong to Roll Payments LLC or are used with permission. The trademark notice lists the marks referenced here. You may link to any page.

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page shows when they last did.

The program

Enrollment

Submitting the enrollment form is a request, not a contract. Enrollment begins when Roll Payments confirms the academy's details and the academy accepts the program terms then in force.

Price

$25 per month per academy, plus $5 per month for each certified coach. No setup fee. Billed monthly. Training course fees, where a provider charges one, are paid to the provider.

Contract length, cancellation, and refunds

These terms are being finalized and will be stated here plainly before enrollment opens.

The academy's obligations

An enrolled academy names every person who coaches, keeps each coach's credentials current, adopts and displays its written code of conduct, uses the registration flow that carries screening, reviews any possible match through a person before acting, and displays the placard only while certification is current.

Certification status

Safe Academy 360 may mark an academy's certification as lapsed when a credential expires, and may withdraw certification for misuse of the marks, false information, or failure to meet the program's requirements. The written complaint and review process will be published on the certification page before the first academy is certified.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Roll Payments LLC is not liable for the conduct of any academy, coach, student, or other person, or for any loss arising from reliance on a certification, a screening result, or the absence of one. This section will be completed with counsel.

Governing law

California law governs these terms.
