The academy price covers the academy's certification, its listing, and its record. The coach price is per coach whose credential is tracked, whether they are a head coach, an assistant, or a kids program lead.
The price is the same for every academy. There is no setup fee, no tier, and no discount that expires. It is charged per location, and registration screening is included at any volume.
What the price covers
- The records screen for each coach the moment they are added, and again every month. What the coach credential involves.
- Certificate upload, review, and per credential expiry tracking for each coach
- The academy's certificate number, its directory listing, and certificate lookup on verify
- Certificate and placard artwork for the academy, the website badge, and each coach's own certificate
- The record: who was screened, what was completed, and when it expires
- Every new registration screening, at any volume, with no per check fee
- The quick screen for anyone the academy registers on another platform, and the monthly repeat screen for everyone screened
- Alerts when a screen returns a record, and the review of that record by Safe Academy 360 reviewers
Registration screening is included at any volume. There is no per check fee, no monthly allowance, and no threshold above which the price changes. An academy that registers thirty people in a month and one that registers three hundred pay the same $25.
What it does not cover
The courses themselves. SafeSport, mandated reporter, and CPR and first aid are completed with their providers, and the provider is paid directly by whoever enrols. The $5 per coach does not include any part of a course fee, and the fee is set by the provider rather than by Safe Academy 360. What the $5 pays for is the records screen and its monthly repeat, the review of each certificate and the signed code of conduct, and the expiry tracking that follows.

Billing and cancellation
Billed monthly, per location. An academy with two locations is two academies at $25 each, with its coaches counted at the location where they teach. There is no multi location bundle and no discount for adding a second, which keeps the price the same for a school with one room as for a school with four.
