$25 per month per academy, plus $5 per month for each certified coach. No setup fee.

The academy price covers the academy's certification, its listing, and its record. The coach price is per coach whose credential is tracked, whether they are a head coach, an assistant, or a kids program lead.
The price is the same for every academy. There is no setup fee, no tier, and no discount that expires.
What the price covers
- The records screen for each coach, before anything else
- Certificate upload, review, and per credential expiry tracking for each coach
- The academy's certificate number, its directory listing, and certificate lookup on verify
- Certificate and placard artwork for the academy
- The record: who was screened, what was completed, and when it expires
Terms for registration screening volume are being finalized and will be stated here plainly before enrollment opens.
What it does not cover
The trainings themselves. SafeSport, mandated reporter, and CPR and first aid courses are completed with their providers, and any course fee is set by the provider.
Billing and cancellation
Billed monthly. Contract length, cancellation terms, an annual option, and multi location pricing will be published here before enrollment opens.
